- Stock Scans: We scan thousands of stocks everyday and send out weekly Top Stock lists for your review.
- SD Trader: We monitor standard deviation channels looking for quality stocks that are overbought or oversold and publish ideas to our members.
- Dividends: We search for good companies paying above average dividends for income generation.
- Index and ETF Investing: Investing a portion of your investment funds in Index and ETF funds can help diversify your portfolio. We monitor and report on Index and ETF performance to help our members have the information they need to make good investment decisions.

Learn the basics of options trading. Option trading can be complicated. We like to keep it simple. Options can be a strategic way to generate income. They can be used in conservative strategies or they can be used to speculate.
We Like Trading Leveraged Covered Calls!
Don't have a bunch of money to trade traditional covered calls? No problem! Learn to trade leveraged covered calls, also known as Poor Man's Covered Calls. Instead of purchasing 100 shares of stock and selling a call, we purchase a long term option and sell a call against it. Less capital required and the chance for high returns. Join Tiki Trading Club and learn to trade leveraged covered calls and receive trade ideas. We aim to earn 20%+ annual rate from this trading strategy.
How We Generate Income
We purchase a long term option(kinda like owning real estate) then each month we sell a call option and earn a premium(like collecting rent on our real estate). We keep doing this each month to generate monthly income. We also benefit from a price increase in the long term option. For example, we purchase a long term option in GDX for $900 then each month we sell a short term option and earn $50 a month on the $900 invested.
Alternative investments
Since it is important to diversity your investment portfolio, we search for ways to generate income with alternative investments. Generally we are looking for debt investments where we can earn interest rates greater than 10%.
- Crowdfunding: We provide crowdfunding opportunities with above average expected returns.
- Local: We like to invest a portion of our portfolio in local small businesses.
- Private Lending: Participate in private lending opportunities that earn over 10% annual interest.
Real estate investing (Passive)
- REITs: A real estate investment trust (REIT) is a company that owns and operates income-producing real estate, allowing individuals to invest in real estate without owning property themselves. REITs are a way for investors to earn a share of the income from commercial real estate without having to buy it directly.
- Real Estate Funds: Want to invest in real estate, but not manage real estate? TTC finds passive real estate investment opportunities for TTC members. Investing in real estate helps us diversify our investment portfolio.
- Fractional Ownership: If you want to invest in a specific real estate property or project, but you don't have the capital to fund the entire purchase, you can participate in fractional ownership of properties. TTC researches and presents properties to members.

Tiki Trading Club runs investing and tradings contests throughout the year. The Fans Trading League is a fun stock trading contest(not using real money) for Tiki Trading Club members.
