Grow Retirement Income(GRI) provides a social community for members to learn how to invest and trade to generate supplemental income while creating friendships with other members to help live a fun and abundant life.

Community
Creating a fun and active community is very important to Grow Retirement Income. Join our fun-loving trading community. We learn so much from each other.
- Community Platform: Grow Retirement Income utilizes the Mighty Networks platform for it's membership. You will love the features of this platform. Real time notifications, chat, feeds, courses, posts, and lots more.
- Sharing: We encourage members to share what works and what doesn't work with other members.
- New Friends: Create new friendships with other members.
stocks
We search for stocks that could help you earn income for both short term and long term investing. We like trading S&P 500 stocks.
- Stock Scans: We scan thousands of stocks everyday and send out Top Stock lists for your review.
- SD Trader: We monitor standard deviation channels looking for "bargain price" quality stocks that are oversold and publish trade ideas to our members. We will give you our scan filters.
- Dividends: We search for good companies paying above average dividends for income generation that have covered call potential. For example, if we find a good stock that pays 3% or more dividend and we can make 1% a month on covered calls we can earn 15%+ annual return on the stock investment.
- ETFs: We scan for covered call trade prospects on ETFs. An exchange-traded fund (ETF) is a type of investment that can be bought and sold like a stock on an exchange. ETFs are a collection of securities, such as stocks, bonds, commodities, or currencies, that are grouped together based on a fund's objectives.

Learn the basics of options trading. We like to keep it simple and profitable by selling options to generate income.
- Covered Calls: We search for covered call opportunities where you buy stock and sell calls that are covered by the stock.
- Leveraged Covered Calls: Also known as Poor Man's Covered Calls or Synthetic Covered Calls. Learn the basics of this trading strategy that is similar to regular covered calls, but requires less capital invested. This is our favorite strategy.
How We Generate Income
We purchase a stock or a long term option(kinda like owning real estate) then each month we sell a call option and earn a premium(like collecting rent on our real estate). We keep doing this each month to generate monthly income. In some cases we also collect dividends and benefit in the price increase of our stock/long term option.

Don't have a bunch of money to trade traditional covered calls? No problem! Learn to trade leveraged covered calls, also known as Poor Man's Covered Calls. Instead of purchasing 100 shares of stock and selling a call, we purchase a long term option and sell a call against it. Less capital required and the chance for high returns. - Crowdfunding: We research and publish crowdfunding opportunities that can be used to generate monthly income.
- Private Lending: Learn about ways to participate in private lending and earn supplemental income.

- Real Estate Funds: Want to invest in real estate, but not manage real estate? GRI finds passive real estate investment opportunities for GRI members. Investing in real estate helps us diversify our investment portfolio.
- Fractional Ownership: If you want to invest in a specific real estate property or project, but you don't have the capital to fund the entire purchase, you can participate in fractional ownership of properties. GRI researches and presents properties to it's members.
